  • Can I see the complete calculation?

Protection

  • Who is the contracting legal entity?
  • Which certification applies and how can I verify it?
  • What protects my deposit?
  • Which workmanship and product warranties apply?
  • What is the complaints process?

Handover

  • Which certificates, registrations and manuals will I receive?
  • Who handles the grid or building-control process?
  • When is the final payment due?
  • Who corrects defects and within what time?
