- Installer payment cannot change a score
- Commercial partners receive no access to household reports
Editorial standards
- Prefer primary and authoritative UK sources
- Date material that may change
- Distinguish fact, calculation, interpretation and opinion
- Correct material errors transparently
- Do not manufacture endorsements or user outcomes
Commercial disclosure
If paid reports, sponsorship or affiliate links are introduced, they must be clearly labelled. Commercial arrangements must not determine assessment findings or suppress relevant risks.
